I’ve been through many career transitions and changes myself. My career has spanned startups, big tech, and consulting across North America, with roles in program delivery, engineering operations, and change management.

On the consulting side, I’ve worked with traditional industries to drive innovation, modernization, and cultural transformation. No matter the sector, every role required a growth mindset and a strategy for managing change.
